REFUND POLICY

 

BCTIER will not be accepting refunds at this time. 

If an item arrives damaged, notify it via email at contact@bctier.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

You will have 15 days to send the item. Once it arrives, it will be reviewed and we will contact you to inform you of the next steps. Depending on the case, a replacement can be sent, if available, or a credit can be provided.
